Based in Southern California, McKenna Labs formulates and manufactures cosmetics for some the country's top brands. Moving to a new building was an opportunity to build a strong brand to help them stand out as a trustworthy and authoritative voice in their industry.
Wanting a symbol, I focused mostly on integrating a drop image to evoke the common use to the pipette in a lab. That was accompanied by a strong blue and a simple yet strong sans serif.
