Happy Money offers personal loans marketed as means to help pay down debt and help customers on the road to financial freedom. With an audience of Millennials and Gen Z, Happy Money was looking for a strategy to increase their engagement across social media channels.
The design goal of the strategy was to rein in the expansive, bright color palette for a more selective palette that could be adjusted slightly each month and build on existing brand visuals to create visually distinct, scroll-stopping imagery. Building templates for post types that would help make filling out an entire month of content easier was also key.
This design strategy paired with a content strategy helped increase Facebook engagement by 77% and Instagram engagement by 52%.
